Q: Is there a cost for an estimate?
A: All estimates are free. However, if you require architectural drawings or complex electrical or plumbing designs, they must be provided by you and at your own cost.

Q: How soon can you do estimate for the job?
A: We can provide you with an on site inspection within 72 hours from receiving a request from you to bid on your work or in accordance with your time frame.

Q: How quickly can you do the work?
A: We will complete the work within a four weeks period depending upon the size and complexity of the job.

Q: What are your working hours?
A: Our working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm.

Q: What is your time schedule?
A: It depends on the size of a project.
Usually in between 4 to 5 weeks.

Q: What materials do you use?
A: All brands from all the major manufacturers.

Q: What warranty do you provide?
A: One year unqualified workmanship guarantee for our labor unless otherwise agreed upon. This is standard for new construction.
- We do not guarantee a manufactures’ products but we will replace an inherently defective product without additional cost to the homeowner providing it does not require the destruction of any part of the premises or the undoing of work, which we have previously performed. We will not install material, which we believe is inherently defective or without manufactures’ guarantees unless directed to do so by you.
